Shipping Policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times: Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days within Australia and 10–30 business days internationally. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and delays can happen during busy periods or with customs processing.

Shipping costs: Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

International orders: You're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country.

Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before ordering. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to help.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email laykensnyman6@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
